i was wondering about the roommate situations…if i have friends transferring from other school and we want to room together, how is that going to work? and also if i have loans or whatever paying for school now…they will be able to cover this housing just like their covering my dorm housing now right..?
thanks
For informaiton on assignment order visit the FAQ’s page. Ask an RPS staff member more specific questions at one of the four information tables. View 3-D Computer Rendering at Information Tables for table time and location information.
This looks really cool. Thanks for posting all these updates. I’m in Eigenmann now and can see the construction progressing. Will current Eigenmann residents or staff be negatively impacted by the parking lot construction that you mentioned is set to begin in the Spring?
No more than they already have at this point. Since we plan to convert some of our D4 to A and C once the work begins, we have limited the number of D4s sold. Also, we do not know if or where the construction company plans to set up a prep area, so we have not yet converted any spaces.
Are the AC/Heating units the same as they are in Willkie.
There is some deference between the two. The units will provide both heating and cooling and can be regulated via thermostat on the unit. The New Housing 2010 units are more like the Eigenmann units than Willkie.
